Tamara Albaitis is an award-winning artist and designer who's passionate about developing and leading creative teams, with a keen focus on User Experience and User Interface Design and Research.  For over ten years, she's donned the titles of:  Creative Director, Art Director, Creative Strategist, UX/UI Expert and Researcher, Technologist, Brand Designer ... and occasionally she's been tagged as a Sound/Sculpture Installation Artist, Tango Aficionado and a Book Hoarder. 

Years of experience has given her a strong business acumen, a deep understanding around current marketing strategies and a holistic leadership style. She favors simple, clean design and is proficient in many coding languages; she can strategically build the team, lead the team and get in the trenches too with the designers. She typically works remotely but is also occasionally flown to on-site locations for photoshoots, team meetings and project kick-offs.
